Boardroom

• Epoch duration: 6 hours

• Deposits / Withdrawal of $HSHARE into/from the Boardroom will lock $HSHARE for 4 epochs and $HERO rewards for 2 epochs.

• $HERO rewards claim will lock staked $HSHARE for 4 epochs and the next $HERO rewards can only be claimed 2 epochs later

• Distribution of $HERO during Expansion

  90% as Reward for Boardroom $HSHARE Stakers

  7% goes to DAO fund

  3% goes to DEV fund vested over a period of 150 days.

• The DAO Funds will be used for farming and buybacks

• Epoch Expansion: Current expansion cap base on $HERO supply, if there are bonds to be redeemed, 65% of minted $HERO goes to treasury until its sufficiently full to meet bond redemption. If there is no debt it will follow max capped expansion rate

Boardroom on Contraction Periods

Boardroom will not mint any $HERO (NO REWARDS ON Boardroom) while TWAP < 1.01

Boardroom on Debt Phase

Debt Phase take place on the expansion epochs that start after a contraction period where there are still HBOND's to be redeemed.

65% of Expansion during Debt Phase is allocated to the Treasury Fund to prepare for the HBOND Redemption. This amount is still reserved whether or not HBOND holders are redeeming bonds or not.

Once HERO in treasury is sufficiently full to meet all circulating bond redemption, expansion rates will resume to normal.

Shares

$HSHARE has a maximum supply of 70,000 tokens, distributed as follows:

• Initial Mint: 1 $HSHARE upon contract creation for initial pool

• Team Allocation: 5,499 $HSHARE vested linearly over 150 days

• 64,500 $HSHARE allocated for incentivizing Liquidity Providers in share pools for 150 days

HERO-USDC LP: 60% (35,700) HSHARE-USDC LP: 40% (23,800)

Bonds

HBONDs are available for purchase when $HERO falls below the peg. If $HERO's TWAP is between 1.00 and 1.01, neither HBOND nor $HSHARE will be issued.

e.g. if $HSHARE's TWAP < 1, exchange $HERO for HBOND will be in a 1:1 ratio.

HBONDs are available for redemption when $HERO goes above the 0.1 USDC peg.

To encourage redemption of HBOND for $HERO when $HERO TWAP > 1.1 and incentivize users to redeem at a higher price, HBOND redemption will be more profitable with a higher $HERO TWAP value, of which HBOND to $HERO ratio will be 1:R, where R can be calculated in the formula as shown below:
